These terms cover your use of movingproinc.com and the Moving Pro Inc text message program. The site and texts are run by MovingPro Inc, doing business as Moving Pro Inc ("Moving Pro", "we", "us").

1. The website

Information on this site, including prices and service areas, is a general guide. Your quote and the paperwork you sign for your move are what set the price and terms of a job. Sending our quote form starts a conversation; it does not book a move or create a contract.

The text, photos and logos on this site belong to Moving Pro Inc and may not be copied without our permission.

2. Text message (SMS) terms

Program

Moving Pro Inc texts customers who give us their mobile number and agree to receive texts: messages about your quote, your booking and your move, replies to texts you send us and to missed calls, and one follow-up after your move asking about your experience.

How you opt in

By entering your mobile number on our quote form and ticking the text message consent box, or by texting us first, you agree to receive these texts from Moving Pro Inc at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your quote and move, typically fewer than 10 messages a month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier about your plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to sign up again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits our responsibilities to you under your moving contract or California law.

4. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
