When you ask for a quote, fill in our contact form, call us or text us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the addresses you are moving from and to, your move date and details about the move. Our website also records limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the ad or search link that brought you here) through cookies and similar tools.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your quote, your booking, your move, missed calls and replies to messages you send us, and once after your move to ask about your experience. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our website host, form and email providers, our text message provider and our analytics tools), and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it
